Ongar Jazz Club does it again!

What a fantastic night was had on Friday 22nd October in the presence of The New Orleans Heat, a marvellous seven-piece band playing jazz in the style of the old Crescent City days.  New Orleans Heat was first formed in the 1970s by Chris Blount who played many times with the ‘Guvnor’, the late Ken Colyer.  The band’s motto is: ‘Helping to keep real jazz alive’ and they certainly spent the evening doing that!
